Loyal Services Group offers multiple compensation structures depending on the position, assigned route, experience, availability, and business needs. Qualified applicants may be offered one of the following:
Option 1
Up to $100+/shift
Guaranteed daily pay, plus performance bonus opportunities
Option 2
Starting at $20.00/hr
Hourly compensation, plus additional earning opportunities based on assignment and performance

Primary Responsibilities
✓ Safely operate a company cargo van
✓ Complete assigned deliveries accurately and on schedule
✓ Provide exceptional customer service
✓ Utilize company dispatch software, GPS navigation, and mobile technology
✓ Perform daily vehicle inspections
✓ Maintain accurate delivery records
✓ Represent Loyal Services Group professionally at all times
Minimum Qualifications
✓ Must be at least 21 years of age
✓ Valid driver's license
✓ Clean driving record
✓ Ability to pass a background check
✓ Reliable transportation to and from the Harrisburg reporting location
✓ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
✓ Professional appearance and communication skills
✓ Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and mobile applications
✓ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
